I believe that trust and vulnerability are at the core of the client-therapist relationship and that the client’s innate wisdom and judgment rule supreme. With that in mind, strategies and interventions in achieving clearly defined yet dynamic goals and objectives arise through a process of critical inquiry and self-exploration. An individual through their behavior informs on what is needed in reaching optimal functioning. This, of course, is simply stated as core beliefs, thoughts and emotions impact the outcome as well.
My role is to support clients as they learn to tap into their innate abilities to sort through their thoughts and emotions and create and incorporate viable solutions that reflect on self and its relationship with its multiple milieux. The client learns to simultaneously and effectively engage, adapt and stay connected to their truth, their Ikigai, their reason for being.

I take an integrative approach borrowing from various schools of thought in creating a treatment plan that addresses the needs and goals of the individual, couple and family. Some of these approaches include psychodynamic, interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based and rational emotive behavioral therapies in conjunction with complementary techniques such as hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Technique, Psychodrama and play therapy.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), my role is to create a safe and open environment where trust and understanding can occur. Through my years of working with a broad range of client’s I have learned the importance of identifying and drawing upon each individuals unique strengths and talents to assist them in building a life worth living. My goal is to guide my clients in finding their own unique paths around obstacles such as personal and daily life stressors, depression and anxiety, addiction, and trauma so that they can achieve personal goals, as well as greater emotional health and overall wellbeing. I draw upon a range of approaches including but not limited to CBT, Trauma Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused, Family Systems, and Strength Based Therapy. I enjoy working together with all age groups for individual, couple, or family therapy. Through my training in the EFT therapy model, my client’s positive life shifts were successfully prompted with careful guidance. Leading with compassion, I’ve assisted in unraveling life- binding issues like depression, anxiety, personality disorder, trauma, domestic violence, and many other mental health challenges.
By utilizing a variety of modalities, I custom tailor my treatment to the needs of each client. The various therapy models I engage include Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals, CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic treatments.
With my nonjudgmental and empathetic approach, we can work together to find your inner strengths and reach goals.

She works with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships and self-esteem. Yehudis runs self-development groups for emerging adult women.
It is important to her that her clients feel seen, supported and empowered, and that they develop the skills to successfully generalize what happens in the therapeutic environment to their personal lives.

Utilizing child centered play therapy, she helps children work through their trauma, self esteem, behavioral challenges, and social skill deficiencies. She teaches parenting skills and collaborates with the child’s teachers and psychiatrists when necessary to help them succeed.
She also engages in couple’s counseling, where she helps each partner work through the challenges in their marriage by facilitating healthy communication and teaching them relationships skills.
Dini works with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. She provides an environment of compassion and support to help individuals and families gain the tools they need to overcome life’s challenges and start connecting with others in a more meaningful way.

Hanna has extensive experience working with issues including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, interpersonal difficulties and family issues. She is committed to creating a safe context where clients are better able to connect with themselves and with others to improve and experience satisfaction in their interpersonal relationships.
Hanna uses an integrative model in her work with clients that draws on family systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic techniques, and expressive arts.

A child’s or adolescent’s struggles with negative behaviors, difficult feelings, or unhealthy relationships, can impact the rest of his or her life. However, addressing these challenges during the child’s and adolescent’s developmental years can set the stage for a happier and healthier future.
Every parent desires the very best for his or her child. But when children and adolescents are faced with complex or difficult emotional issues, their lack of life experience and coping skills can make those issues extremely difficult to overcome. That’s where I come in to help.
I believe that by creating a compassionate, safe, and non- judgmental space and using a variety of therapy approaches, such as CBT, Play Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy, we can establish a trusting and positive relationship it takes to bring about real and lasting change.
